This article provides a representation of the needs and development perspectives of Siberian non-Russians based on publications from the leading Siberian editions of the second half of the XIXth century. It deals with different considerations of the Siberian newspapers' correspondents on non-Russians' situation and needs in Siberia. Besides the author assesses prospects of non-Russians' living and development from a position of composite authors of mentioned editions.
