On Activity of N. P. Okhlopkov as Deputy Minister of Сulture of the USSR

Abstract
The article considers activity of an outstanding director and actor N. P. Okhlopkov as deputy minister of culture of the USSR. During the short period of his work (1954–1955) considerable changes occurred in the cultural politics. N. P. Okhlopkov was actively engaged in their implementation.
