Abstract
The list of prisoners («Stateinaya rospis») of Yeniseysk uyezd, featured in the article, contains information on the typical application of criminal law in Siberia in the XVIIth century. Since numerous archival documents were damaged, they are essential to the historical science. The list of prisoners contains data on the history of «professional» criminality and biographical information on Siberian service class people.
