M. S. Korsakov in Irkutsk: Communicative Practices

Abstract
Based on a set of memoir and epistolary sources associated with M. S. Korsakov the paper analyzes communicative practices used by one of the Siberian governors-general. The author identifies those individuals with whom he communicated directly reveals the range of his correspondents with whom he was in constant contact via letters provides data characterizing his participation in the social and cultural life of Irkutsk.
