Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the formation of capital of the Trading House «A. M. Kushnarev’s Successors» involved in fur trade. Provision in Olyekminsk gold mines and trade areas enabled the farmer, resettler to Ayan tract, to enter the membership of entrepreneurs engaged in the fur trade in the North-Eastern Siberia in the IInd half of the XIXth – the early XXth centuries.
