Abstract
The article considers issues of the judicial system of indigenous people of Siberia in the XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries, starting with the reforms by M. M. Speransky and their further development under the conditions of the judicial reform of 1864, held in the region. The author analyzes governmental policytowards Siberian region and the indigenous people, as well as problems of indigenous courts integration into judicial system of the country.
