Verkhneudinsk Petty Bourgeois Society as Professional Associations Management in the Post-Reform Period

Abstract
On the basis of archival materials the article analyzes the Verkhneudinsk petty bourgeois Council activities as professional associationsmanagement organ. Stable financial position of the Council in the post-reform period has enabled it to provide substantial material support to Verkhneudinsk middle class. As an established Institute of public administration, the Council continued its activities even in conditions of constant change of political regimes after October, 1917.
