The article is devoted to changes in the credit system of Irkutsk after the fall of the Kolchak regime. The peculiarity of the moment was the consistent change of leadership in the financial life of the province during the month from Kolchak's Ministry of Finance to the Commissioner for the Department of Finance Polittsentr and finally, the Commissar of Finance of the Soviet government.
