Cossaks' Landowning Issues in Altai in the Second Half of the XIX c.

Abstract
In 1899, plans were landholdings Siberian Cossack settlements, located on the Biisk line, identified a strong border land of the Cossacks in the territory of Gorny Altai district. The results of this subdivision received final legislative and legal confirmation of reflection only in the decision of the State Council of 26.7. 1903.
