Normative Aims of the European Union Foreign Policy

Abstract
The author reveals the content of external normative goals and examines them taking the EU foreign policy as an example. The core values that form normative image of the Union are clarified. Sharing the liberal constructivist vision of a normative, post-modern nature of European foreign policy model, the author does not deny that the policy of the Union can be motivated by practical interests too.
