Abstract

In the article the author analyzes a range of legislative acts dated to late XIX – early XX centuries (particularly, the Punishment Regulations) as well as determines the role of the enactments in regulation of behaviour standards of youth in pre-revolutionary society giving much attention to the materials of the State Archives of the Irkutsk region.
