On the Issue of the Legal Regulation of the Border Area in Manchukuo

Abstract
The author analyzes the standards which regulated the cross-border relations and the legal status of the border area in Manchukuo. On the basis of available data source the author reveals the principles of the territorial organization of the Manchu state, its governmental system, and the main laws and regulations in the field of social relations.
