Treaty of Kyakhta of 1915 between Russia, Mongolia and China

Abstract
The article considers the three-lateral negotiations, held from 26 August of 1914 till 25 May of 1915 (according to the new style calendar, from 8 September of 1914 till 7 June of 2015) in Kyakhta. The main issue to be decided was the independence of Mongolia. The author gives scientific assessment of the three-lateral negotiations.
