The Financial Activities of the Anti-Bolshevik Governments of Siberia during the Civil War

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the financial sphere of Siberia during the Civil War. Particular attention is paid to the formation of credit policy and the activities of banks during the period of the Siberian government and the changed Kolchak regime. A prominent place in the article is devoted to emission activity at the general-Siberian and regional levels. The role of Irkutsk in this process is noted.
