Abstract
This article is devoted to the activities of Central Board Administration of East Siberia after reforms year 1822. In this article we see the lawful position Council of Board Administration in East Siberia, its members, and also characteristic of the rights and duties of all the Council according to “Establishments to rule over Siberian province”.
