The article was written due to the modern practice of studies of Mongolian languages and thereby the necessity to interpret words from the remained language of the Tuoba (Tabgach). The article examines the translation by the Academic V. V. Radlov, a well-know specialist in Turkic philology, from the critical viewpoint. The Uygurian Khans’ Titles are interpreted on the basis of Mongolian language and translated into Russian language for the first time. All the twelve Titles are read as Mongolian-language.
