Circumstances of Emergence of Gendarme Supervision of Private Gold Mining in East Siberian

Abstract

In article circumstances of emergence of gendarme supervision of private gold mining in Eastern Siberia are investigated. The mechanism of the solution of this question, character of the relations between various departments and officials and also their interests and expectations from this supervision is revealed. The research is based on application of narrative and comparative-historical methods. The main sources for writing of article are the materials which are stored in the central and regional archives and also standard acts of the central power. In conclusion, it is noted that the emergence of gendarmerie supervision of private gold mining in Eastern Siberia was due. It is also established that the main merit in his appearance came from the gendarmerie and the Ministry of Finance.
