The review of the book Dameshek L. M., Dameshek I. L., Mathanova N. P. “The Main observers of inviolability of the Supreme rights of autocracy and advantage of the state: M. M. Speransky, N. N. Muraviev-Amursky and other Siberian generals-governors”. Studying by authors of a problem of mutual relation of the imperial center and Siberia in a context of the basic tendencies Russian internal and foreign policy is investigated. The analysis is given to illumination by authors of institute of general – governor's authority in a control system of suburbs, to revealing of specificity of management by Siberia. Conclusions about M. M. Speransky's role and N. N. Muraviev-Amursky as large reformers and managers in development of region are made. Value of the monography in a modern domestic historiography is marked.
