There is analyzed and systematized the correspondence of the Irkutsk state rabbi, folklorist Solomon Khaimovich Beilin with the Russian geographer, ethnographer, the largest organizer of science in Siberia Grigory Nikolaevich Potanin in the period from 1901 to 1910.
