Abstract
In this article interaction between the power and officers of the Siberian Commands is considered. Besides, officers' problems and methods of dealing with them by coordination with the governments in the XIXth- the early XXth c. are revealed. The results of the study facilitate maintenance of the military personnel that are to meet the requirements of the state policy of Russia.
