Forms of Involvement of Teachers of Irkutsk Province in the Left-Wing Socio-political Associations in the Early 20th Century

Abstract
Readers are offered a study characterizing various forms of involvement of regional teaching in the regional political processes. The researcher's attention is focused on studying the influence of the left-wing propaganda among teachers, under the influence of which representatives of the latter joined various left-wing socio-political associations, as well as sympathized with the left in the electoral process during the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Empire. Based on a wide range of sources, the key conclusions about the prerequisites and the degree of involvement of regional teaching in politics are formulated.
