Abstract
The article offers a historical analysis of integration of the collection of photographs of statesmen of the East Siberian Branch of the Imperial Russian Geographic Society in the funds of the Local History Museum of Irkutsk region. Besides, the information on the photographers of the XIXth c. is given, as well as the reasons and time of the loss of certain exhibits are explained.
