Kolchak and the “Allies”: What M. Zhanen is Silent about

Abstract
The article analyzes some controversial aspects of M. Zhanen's memoirs related to his stay
in Siberia during the Civil War. Based on the historical and geopolitical approach, the relationship
between the “allies” is interpreted, as well as the consequences of the military coup and the proclamation of Kolchak as the supreme ruler of Russia.
