White Social Democrat Ivan Nikolaevich Mankov at the Rostrum of the State Duma and Outside It

Abstract
The article is the result of a biographical study of the socio-political activities of the State Duma deputy from the Irkutsk province, Ivan Nikolaevich Mankov. Based on a wide range of sources, the author characterizes the formation of Mankov's socio-political views, as well as his parliamentary activities and further political activity after October 1917. The content of the article substantiates the author's conclusion that the biography of I. N. Mankova is a vivid illustration of Russia's socio-political system development under the influence of internal and external challenges.
