Organizing the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Decembrist Uprising by the Society of Former Political Prisoners and Exiled Settlers

Abstract
The article considers the organization of the celebration of the centenary of the Decembrist uprising in the Society of Political Prisoners. It is proved that the commission created to organize the anniversary had a significant impact on the organization of the anniversary in the country, prepared an appeal “To the centenary of the Decembrists”, in which the role of the Decembrists in revolutionary history and their software was analyzed.
