The Problem of «Decembrists and Taras Shevchenko»: Historiography (1980 – XXI Century)

Abstract
The questions of the problem of formation and development of the «Decembrists and Taras Shevchenko» are considered. The periodization of the problem, its becoming in social-economic and political development of the Soviet Union, and then independent states, formed after the 1990, are proposed. Quantitative indicators of the problem are given, the main directions of scientific and journalistic coverage of certain issues are shown, areas for future development are identified.
