Irkutsk Civil Governor N. I. Treskin: New Pages of Biography

Abstract
The article reveals new, previously unknown facts of the political biography of the Irkutsk civil governor N. I. Treskin. The author verifies in detail Treskin's formulary list found in the Russian State Historical Archive. Based on content analysis text, comparison with another document, the author concludes that this source is reliable and is a valuable source for studying Treskin's political biography.
