The article deals with the issue of Siberian agriculture formation. Based on the Eastern Siberia documents it reveals the arrangements of plough fields, and the local authorities' efforts to colonize peasants, settled along the rivers Angara and Lena. The article provides significant evidence of agriculture development, and trade importance in the peasant household.
