Abstract
The authors review a monograph by M. D. Kushnareva that deals with the problems of resettlement of Old Believers peasants from Transbaikalia to Yakutsk region. Besides, the monograph concerns formation of the capital of A. M. Kushnarev, the 1st Guild merchant. As well as, it considers the fur trade arranging and the efforts of the «Kushnarev Heirs Trading House» to develop the social life of the population of North-Eastern Siberia in the IndI half of the XIXth – the early XXth centuries.
