Abstract
The article considers the history of the development of Irkutsk Historical Museum named after A. M. Sibiryakov on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Museum. It concerns the issues of the formation of the city museum and the development of its branches. Moreover, the article reveals the Museum’s main exhibition, publishing, and entertainment projects.
