Abstract
The article deal with some sources of information about Siberia and Russia, which were collected in Japan in the XVIII–XX centuries – from the first manuscripts of Kodayu Daikokuya and Katsuragawa Hoshu to the diaries and memoirs of Japanese prisoners of war.
