National Classification of Plants by the Nymylan-Aliutors of Kamchatka

Abstract
The article concerns the lore of the Aliutors, indigenous people of Kamchatka, about plants. On the basis of author’s field study of the Aliutor language, the Aliutors’ and scientific names of plants, used by the Aliutors, are given with translation into three languages: English, Russia and Japanese. Moreover, brief descriptions of the traditional use of plants are given in the charts.
