During the long period of time scientists have been paying attention to the history of old believers that was known as Semeyskye. The studies appeared for many years were focusing on their material and spiritual culture, (including literary culture) and these studies allow to represent the lifestyle of this group of the Russian population. They were expelled to Transbaikaliф when the government of Russian Empire destroyed the famous old believer’s center on Vetka in 1760. Nevertheless, not all sources were entered into the scientific circulation. Especially, the sources that could reconstruct the history of Semeyskye as a confession divided into several fractions. In this context, we have to point out the common practices of Semeyskye that were spreading among them initially and their close relations with another large group from Vetka («Poles») which ones established compact settlements on Altay. Both fractions have not a solidarity about one of the key issue for the old believers – opportunity to renew their own hierarchy for old believers (beglopopovshina). It was a hotly debated topic after persecutions in 1830–1840. As can be seen, the attempts of the leaders of the Belokrinitsk hierarchy to enlarge they influence the communities of Semeyskie faced a resistance of bespopovtsy and beglopopovtsy. Please, note the key point for deep understanding. Since from establishing in October 1846 on the territory of Austro-Hungarian Empire (Belaya Krinitsa), the new hierarchy of old believers unintentionally made worse the conflict oath Russian Empire and official church. It predetermined the following events.
