Abstract

Article is devoted to works of the famous Siberian historian, doctor of historical sciences, professor A. V. Shalak, the large expert in the field of political and social and economic history of pre-revolutionary and Soviet Siberia. The books created by the researcher and articles are considered, representations on key questions of history of Russia are in detail estimated, scientific and pedagogical activity of the scientist is analyzed.
