State Notaries of the Tomsk Region in 1973–1993s

Abstract
Archival documents made it possible to examine the composition of the state notaries of the Tomsk region in 1973–1993 and determine its specifics. It is concluded that socio-economic reforms and legislative changes formed a private notary in 1993, the principles of which allowed solving problems existing in the state notary sector and contributed to the massive transition of Tomsk state notaries to private notary practice.
