Organizational Culture of Mongolian Corporations in the Early 2000s: Proper Restructuring is Yet to Come

Abstract

Reforming enterprises is one of the restructuring elements. Years of transition to a market economy determined urgency of the problem of the restructuring of enterprises. The objective basis for the importance of restructuring of Mongolian enterprises is certain problems to be solved for the purposes of privatization of industrial objects. It necessary to induce property owners and involve resources on the financial market. The process of restructuring is a relatively new subject of study for the Mongolian economic science. However, recently more and more authors have been turning to this issue and offering their interpretation of the concept and essence of restructuring.
